featuring the eternal symbol of transition, the butterfly, the beautifully decorated beach byron bay deck was the setting for edwina and stuart’s intimate byron bay wedding reception. delicate butterflies and beautiful blooms from the french petal created the theme of the wedding, whilst handmade paper lanterns were used to personalise the couple’s big day.
our team was on hand to serve drinks and delectable canapés of our goats curd tortellini, sydney rock oysters, cajun soft shell crab tacos, spiced lamb kofta and salt and szechuan pepper squid to the guests.
an expertly considered menu of mains followed with choices of barramundi with cauliflower puree, white beans pancetta and mint, slow cooked wagyu beef cheeks in red wine and roast pumpkin ravioli with hazelnuts aged goats cheese, celery cress and sage sauce.
the desserts were inspired! including crème brulee, almond biscotti with praline and lemon lime tart with lavender flavoured ice cream.
