20 Jul glamour on the beach – byron bay wedding
it could have been the twinkle in nina and noah’s eye or the sparkle from nina’s breathtaking dress, or maybe it was the dozens of flickering fairy lights that adorned the open roof of the ocean view deck …….whatever it was, there was no denying the pure delight, happiness and glamour on nina and noah’s byron wedding day, captured beautifully by olivia texier photography.
a stylish garden ceremony themed by sunshine & confetti ensured a perfect balance of rustic and romance with bench seats and a draped floral wood arch coordinated seamlessly by the byron beach café team.
while the guests strolled to their beachfront wedding reception, nina & noah joined their stunning bridal party for photos on the sand, creating many fun filled and gorgeous memories before returning to their friends and family for champagne and canapés on the lawn.
not allowing the glamour to end with the wedding train, every table was lined with sequined table runners, elegant vases and simple, white, chic flowers by the french petal. scattered tea light candles dotted the tables under a showering of fairy lights that hung from the rooftop above.
guests were seated as the sun slowly sunk away over the byron hinterland while dining on a selection of entrees which included a squid ink linguine with grilled squid, salumi chorizo, garlic chilli and parsley butter, red curry baked chicken breast with grilled zucchini, eggplant and roast capsicum puree as well as the hervey bay ½ shell scallops with chilli coriander butter and cucumber salsa. while the mains was served, the day gave away to the night and guests were treated to dining under the stars for a selection of either the braised duck with silverbeet, apricot & fig pithivier, spicy pea puree and red wine jus or the roasted barramundi fillet with cannelloni bean puree, shaved fennel, olive, cherry tomato, preserved lemon and parsley to the slow-cooked bangalow pork belly with cauliflower parsnip puree, spiced plum mandarin glaze, king prawn and crispy pancetta. nina’s sister-in-law designed a magnificent wedding cake which was cut into canapé sized portions and served to guests as they danced the night away.
we were so happy to be part of nina & noah’s glamourous byron bay wedding story, coordinated with our very own experienced wedding team and only the best byron bay wedding suppliers.
congratulations nina & noah!
