New Winter Menus

It’s official. Winter is here.

And there’s nothing better than a bowl of king prawns, chilli, garlic, salmorejo and toasted woodfired ciabatta to start – although you may like to begin with a Negroni Sbagliato or Maidenii ‘Nocturne’ drink – before you move onto our Byron Bay burrata with gin marinated beetroot and horseradish.

For mains, keep warm with our steaming potato gnocchi with ossobuco alla Milanese and gremolata; squid ink spaghetti with local cuttlefish, cherry tomatoes and bottarga or our signature butcher’s cut with parsnip, globe artichoke and salsa verde.

Dessert lover? Try our warm berries with white chocolate, ricotta or hot apple custard with calvados baba and cinnamon myrtle.

Of course, if you can find the room, finish off with a glass of La Stoppa ‘Dolce Frizzante’ dessert wine. Winter bliss.

Winter-Ready Afternoon Cocktails

It’s getting colder. Which can mean only one thing?

You need a warm afternoon cocktail or bottle of red; teamed with a Mediterranean-style mezze plate.

From Tuesday to Sunday, join us from 3-6pm for a cocktail including our Mozart Symphony (served hot) with Gentleman Jack, chocolate Mozart, chai latte, cinnamon and chocolate dust or our signature Beach Old-Fashioned with Woodford bourbon, fernet branca, angostura bitters, brown sugar and orange zest.

Perfect winter relief.


Comfort Food for Cool Winter Nights

If you need a little more convincing than usual to go out for dinner when it’s cold, then our new winter menu is sure to get you going!

We’re open for dinner six nights a week from 5:30pm (closed Monday night).
