Design and dining came together at last week’s Spell & The Gypsy Spring 2018 Collection Showing at Beach Byron Bay. To celebrate, the label held an intimate afternoon event for their agents and wholesale partners.
The beachfront venue was adorned with pretty blooms, raw textures and soft linens for a laid-back, dreamy mood; all set against a backdrop of calm ocean waters and bright blue skies.
Designed to capture the essence of the event, acclaimed Beach Byron Bay head chef Enrico Semenzato created a relaxed Mediterranean menu of fresh ingredients and spring flavours.
Guests were treated to zesty margaritas followed by Byron Bay Burata with local Coopers Shoot tomato and garlic crumb, fillet of fish with fennel, peas and zucchini salad, Byron hinterland leaves with cabernet and vinegar dressing, heirloom potatoes with sheep yoghurt, chives and pecorino, and for dessert, peach, white chocolate and ricotta crostata.
It was a compelling combination, that provided the perfect setting for Spell’s Spring Collection Showing.
