Make a Reservation
Reservations at Beach Restaurant are essential. Our tables are assigned according to the booking date, with earlier bookings given preference of waterfront tables.
Please note you will receive a confirmation email once your reservation has been successful. If you do not receive this confirmation email, there may have been an error in your reservation. Please contact our reservations team on 1300 583 766 if you have any queries.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and call our reservations team to cancel or postpone your booking until another time. Beach is taking every possible precaution to ensure the health and safety of our guests, our staff and suppliers.

RESERVATIONS POLICY
BEACH BYRON BAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservation Timings:
Reservations are booked on a two-hour dining time with the table rebooked shortly after. Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time. If you are running late, please call us on 1300 583 766. Reservations at Beach Byron Bay are on NSW time, so please consider daylight savings when applicable.
Reservation Confirmation:
Once credit card details and/or payment is received, your reservation is confirmed and subject to our cancellation policies noted below.
Cancellation Policy – Beach Byron Bay – Non Special Event Days:
A credit card is required to secure your booking – nothing will be charged during the booking process – if you do not show up to your booking without prior notice, a cancellation fee will be taken as specified.
Please contact us on 1300 583 766 to make any amendments to your reservation ASAP. If you can longer join us, please cancel before 9.00am on the date of your reservation.
Seating Requests:
Please note, every table in the Beach Byron Bay Restaurant offers beautiful Clarkes Beach views. However, due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee absolute beachfront tables. Our tables are assigned according to the booking date. Requests will be added to your reservation, and we will do our very best to accommodate.
Group Dining:
Tables of ten guests or more in the Beach Restaurant will be required to dine from Beach’s Group Set Menu. We offer three set menu options for groups. Please contact us on 1300 583 766 for details.
Dining with Children:
Children of all ages are welcome to dine at Beach Byron Bay under the careful supervision of their parent, guardian, or carer. We kindly ask children respect the other guests. For children 12 and below, we offer a children’s menu for $35 per child.
Gift Vouchers:
Beach Byron Bay and Fink gift cards are welcome to be used for reservations at Beach Byron Bay, excluding on special event days such New Year’s Eve, or other events that require pre-payment at the time of booking.
Beach Byron Bay accepts the White Gourmet Traveller gift card. We no longer accept the Black Gourmet Traveller gift cards.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We are pleased to accept payment by debit, credit card, and cash.
Credit Card Surcharge:
Please note, a variable surcharge will be applied to all EFTPOS, credit and debit card payments.
Service Charge:
A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to all tables of ten or more adult guests dining on our set menus, as a gratuity paid directly to our staff.
Sunday Surcharge:
Should your reservation fall on a Sunday, a surcharge of 10% will apply to food and beverage prices.
Public Holiday Surcharge:
Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 15% will apply to all food and beverage prices.
Food and Beverage:
Please note, we do not permit outside beverages or food, including cakes, to be brought into the venue. If you wish to order a celebration cake, please contact us on enquiries@beachbyronbay.com.au.
