Farm to Beach: A Lunch at Beach Byron Bay
Caper Food and Culture Festival
As part of the Caper Byron Bay Food and Culture Festival, watch the waves roll in at Clarkes Beach as you dive into a leisurely, produce-focused lunch at Beach Byron Bay.
On Thursday 23 May, Beach Byron Bay will host a three-course long lunch, created by Beach Chefs, talented husband and wife-team, Karl and Katrina Kanetani, to celebrate and showcase three incredible, local producers from the Northern Rivers.
Featuring organic producer Palisa Anderson of Boon Luck Farm, fourth-generation tree-range chicken farmer (free-ranged under a protective and productive canopy of trees), Tom Bjorksten from Misty Creek Agroforestry, and one of Byron Farmer’s Market’s favourite cheesemakers, Debra Allard.
With special Q&A to hear first hand from Palisa, Tom, and Debra, touching on regenerative processes and what it means to be certified organic.
