We're thrilled to share that Beach Byron Bay has been awarded 3 Glasses at Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards 2026, and this one belongs to Adam Mink.

As our in-house sommelier, Adam has built a wine list that the judges praised for its wide-ranging approach, with a strong emphasis on organic, biodynamic and low-intervention producers and 30 wines by the glass. His thoughtful curation, and his support of family winemakers, give guests a list full of character and variety to explore.
