Beach Byron Bay is co-owned by Ben and Belinda Kirkwood together with Fink, a leading Australian restaurant group including Bennelong, OTTO Brisbane, OTTO Sydney, and Quay.

Belinda Kirkwood

With nearly 20 years’ experience, Belinda is known for crafting unique, stylish weddings and events. Trusted by clients like Mercedes-Benz, Optus, Westpac, Canon, and L’Oreal, she’s celebrated for her professionalism, attention to detail, and flawless organisation.

Ben Kirkwood

DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER

Ben’s commitment to hospitality has seen him take leadership roles across a number of campaigns for Tourism NSW, Northern Rivers Tourism, and Restaurant and Catering Association NSW. He is also active locally as a board member for both Byron United (Chamber of Commerce) and Byron Visitor Centre; as Chair of the Restaurant and Cafe sub-committee of Byron United; and Vice President of both the Local Tourism Organisation (Byron Shire) and the Artscape Biennial (outdoor sculpture exhibition).

Barret Jones

HEAD CHEF

Barret Jones, Head Chef at Beach Byron Bay, brings 14+ years’ global experience, from fine dining to private events. Passionate about sustainable, locally-inspired cuisine, he’s known for creativity, mentorship, and crafting dishes that celebrate community and seasonal produce.

Leo Offredi

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Leo Offredi, Beach Byron Bay’s Restaurant Manager, brings years of international experience across Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. Joining in 2022, he combines warm service, passion for food and wine, and a personable approach to create memorable dining experiences.
