Farm to Table at Beach Byron Bay with Deborah Allard
At Beach Byron Bay, great food starts with great producers. As part of our Farm to Table philosophy, we work closely with local suppliers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and care.
One of those producers is Deborah Allard of Cheeses Loves You. Chef Barret Jones recently visited Deborah’s farm to see firsthand how her artisanal cheeses are crafted, from early morning milking through to finished product. Her happy, well-cared-for Jersey cows and hands-on approach reflect the values we prioritise in our kitchen.
Ingredients like Deborah’s stracchino cheese appear on our menu in seasonal dishes that tell a genuine local story, connecting farm, chef, and diner at Beach Byron Bay.
