Reservations at Beach Restaurant are essential. Our tables are assigned according to the booking date, with earlier bookings given preference of waterfront tables.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and call our reservations team to cancel or postpone your booking until another time. Beach is taking every possible precaution to ensure the health and safety of our guests, our staff and suppliers.

From high-profile events to fine dining and casual concepts, Barret’s journey has taken him from New Zealand to the UK. He has embraced a transformative sea change to Beach Byron Bay, infusing his creative and sustainable vision and making connections with the remarkable producers in the Northern Rivers.

His favourite dish on the summer menu at Beach Restaurant? Our new take on the Piedmontese summer classic, vitello tonnato—spiced veal girello, Olasagasti tuna, capers, and black olives. Come in soon and try it yourself.
